These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Orderbuster.info website and Shopify application (“Orderbuster”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By installing or using the Orderbuster app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description
Orderbuster is a Shopify app designed to help merchants detect, flag, and block fake or suspicious orders using automated and rule-based detection systems. The app provides insights and prevention tools but does not guarantee the elimination of all fraudulent activity.
Eligibility
You must be the authorized owner or administrator of a Shopify store to install and use Orderbuster. By using the app, you confirm that you have the authority to grant access to your store data.
Use of the App
You agree to use Orderbuster only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Shopify’s Terms of Service and all applicable laws. You must not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or interfere with its operation.
Data Access & Privacy
By installing the app, you grant Orderbuster permission to access necessary store and order data solely to provide fake order detection and prevention services. Our data practices are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Accuracy & Liability
Orderbuster provides automated detection based on patterns and signals. While we aim for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that all fake orders will be detected or that legitimate orders will never be flagged. You remain responsible for reviewing and managing your orders.
Limitation of Liability
Orderbuster shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, including lost revenue, chargebacks, or business interruptions arising from the use or inability to use the app.
Payments & Billing
If the app includes paid plans, all fees are billed through Shopify according to your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
Termination
You may uninstall Orderbuster at any time through your Shopify admin. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated.
Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Orderbuster after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
